我們是誰

K.Bro Mail 由 Crab Labs（BlockTempo 動區集團）開發與營運，是建立在自有郵件基礎設施上的電子郵件用戶端。你的信箱資料存放於我們自行管理的伺服器（歐盟），不經第三方郵件服務商。

我們收集什麼

🔑 連接 Gmail — Google 使用者資料（Google User Data）

K.Bro Mail 支援你自行選擇連接自己的 Gmail 帳號（透過「Connect Gmail」功能，OAuth 授權範圍 https://mail.google.com/）。啟用後，K.Bro Mail 僅將 Gmail 資料用於你本人要求的郵件功能：讀取與顯示你的收件匣、撰寫與寄送郵件、整理郵件（標籤／封存／刪除）。

• 即取即用：郵件內容為呈現你當下要求的畫面而讀取，不做背景掃描、不建立與服務無關的資料庫。
• 憑證保護：Google 授權憑證（token）僅加密存放於 K.Bro Keyring（我們自行管理的憑證服務）；用戶端不保存長效憑證。
• 絕不：將 Gmail 資料用於廣告；出售或出租；與第三方為無關目的分享；以人工讀取（除非你明確請求支援、法律要求或安全調查）。
• 撤銷：你可隨時於 Google 帳戶第三方存取權 移除 K.Bro Mail 的授權，對應憑證即失效。

K.Bro Mail 對自 Google API 取得之資訊的使用與傳輸，遵循 Google API Services User Data Policy，包含其中的 Limited Use 要求。K.Bro Mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect your Gmail account, Gmail data is used only to read, display, organize, compose, and send mail at your request; tokens are stored encrypted in K.Bro Keyring; never used for advertising, never sold, never shared for unrelated purposes, and not read by humans except with your consent, for security, or as required by law. Revoke anytime at your Google account permissions page.

我們不做什麼

第三方服務

通知遞送使用 Apple APNs 與 Google Firebase Cloud Messaging（僅傳遞不含正文的喚醒訊號）；登入使用我們自架的 K.Bro Auth（支援 Google 登入、Passkey、Email 連結）。若你選擇 Google 登入，Google 僅向我們提供你的 email 與基本資料以完成身分驗證。

資料保留與刪除

郵件與帳號資料在你的帳號有效期間保留。你可直接在 App 內「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除你的帳號：帳號會立即停用（App 與網頁登入即失效），相關郵件資料最多保留 30 天後永久刪除。你也可以來信 elsa@blocktempo.ai 要求刪除。
